Features:

1. Structure of printer’s cam gear. Catching up one piece of paper first and blowing it into the roller, reducing the defective percentage. 2. (1) Adopted a circulatory system that is suitable for hot & white glue to avoid splashing glue and reduce your clean time, making the machine working stabilized; (2) Adopted a heating system that heating at regular time and constant temperature to avoid waiting time; (3) With blender(beater) inside, which can stir the glue evenly to ensure the same viscosity of the glue on paper and reduce defective percentage caused by inferior glue; 3. The feeder, roller, conveyor belt have their own servo motor and work as a whole with a strong coordination and stability, which can reduce debugging time, enhance productivity and increase enterprise profit. 4. The gluing roller is made of medium carbon steel with its surface covered by 304 stainless steel, making your machine much more durable and very easy to be cleaned, which can help you reduce the maintenance cost.
Positioning
1. Japan Yamaha Robot Arm for spotting the grey board box 2.Two cameras with Lens in 10million Pixel tracing system 3. Double Camera with XY Spool for positioning. 4.Positioning accuracy in 0.01mm.
Pressing
1. Multiple robot suck arm able to pick from max size :L840MM W:430MM 2. Storage area with two system for feeding board . bottom push and suck push to avoid scratch.
Folding
1. First length side using belt folding. 2. Utilizing multiple pressure rollers and a double-layer belt for guidance and compression. 3. Ensuring materials are properly aligned and fed without edge gaps or material spillage! Resulting in a denser, more compact finished product.
1. Width side using servo control ,easy to setup . 2. Timing belt drive ensures synchronized positioning . 3. Corner pressing rollers pre-compress edges prior to folding the short edges.
